The breakfast was very good. The eggs were delicious and the bread used for the toast was really good. I couldn’t have picked a better hotel for location - it was perfect. It was so easy getting there from the airport and Paddington Station, and then getting to the places I wanted to go with the help of the Tube app (so great). Also Walkability to Kensington Palace, Oxford Street was amazing. Having pubs nearby was great as well. I went to the Dickens twice for dinner and it was handy just having to walk around the corner to the hotel.

I loved the location and the friendliness of the staff. London is not cheap, and I got a single, private room with more than adequate facilities. My room was small, well-designed and equipped with everything for a decent night's stay and sleep. Everything was CLEAN. I would stay here again, and use it as a base for exploring London. Very well located near Paddington station (3-4 minutes on foot) Hyde Park, Buckingham Palace and Parliament Square. Lots of restaurants, convenience stores and grocery stores within walking distance.

They were able to accommodate 5 people in one room, each with their own comfy bed, which was amazing. All the essentials were in the room. The location was perfect --close to everything and in front of a cute park-- and the staff did a good job in answering our questions and finding an extra hairdryer for us. Although we could manage with the one bathroom in our room, there was another one nearby in the hallway which made getting ready in the morning that much easier for us.

It was in a good location, near the a few stations including Edgware Road and Paddington. Next to many different food places. The hotel it self was decent, beds were very comfortable and for the price we paid can’t complain about anything. Breakfast was good too, they make waffles! Staff were lovely as well. I would choose this location should I return to london and stay there.

The location is perfect. And as a family traveling with children, it was great to find a space where everyone could be in one room. Having three children many places require us to get two rooms so the parents end up having to stay in separate rooms.
