Its in a very good location and it's quite close to city centre and nearby transport routes. The room was nice and the staff that we did interact with were very kind, they called us a taxi after checkout to take us to the train station which was very kind of them. During out stay there was a fire drill which was quite useful as it meant we knew where the fire point was in case of an actual fire although the alarm was weird and it was hard to tell that it was the fire alarm. I have seen a few reviews taking about how the underground was annoying and people weren't aware of it before stay but I found that I didn't mind it and it was very easy to get used to so I think it's all up to personal preference.

The room was fine, facilities worked, they provide a boiler for a cup of tea and they also provide instant coffee and sugar. Clean linens enough pillows. It was fresh, I used the heater very little. I kept my window a bit open. The room had a bathroom and shower (there are rooms that do not have one and use a shared bathroom) The room has a working TV and plenty of power outlets. You don't even need a converter because they have USB ports for charging. The room also had a small refrigerator.I just needed a place to sleep and store my things. It worked out well.

Very nice hotel in a beautiful building and an excellent location, very close to Paddington Station in a quiet side street. Room small but spotlessly clean, comfortable and quiet, fully sufficient for my needs. Staff very friendly. Excellent breakfast and good organization throughout. I had a technical problem in my room during my stay that was swiftly solved. I can certainly recommend this hotel and will definitely seek it out again for my next stay in London.

This hotel ticked all the boxes for me. Super close to Paddington Station, clean, extremely helpful and friendly staff, all the facilities I required. The price also suited my budget. I liked it so much that I cancelled another reservation to spend another night here. NB: My requirements do not include the latest decor or included breakfast. For me, this was exactly right.

My room was perfect for what I needed during my stay. So convenient to Paddington station, it made getting around London so easy. The staff were so accommodating and helpful. The team serving breakfast were amazing, with more food than you could possibly eat available. If you struggle with stairs be sure to ask for a ground floor room, but I liked the exercise.
